Which one is Spirit?
Which one belongs to God?

Could they be tulips?
A pink fluted Lilly?
Or a peony rose?
Or maybe all different?

The green stems connecting
But one only nearly?
One straight like a bean stalk
One twisting like sweet peas entwined

Where is the heart in these flowers?
Where are their souls?
Do they have feelings when cut from their roots?
How long do they last?
How much water do you need to give?

You are all of these flowers
You are all of these things
Growing, learning, giving the water
And finding your way

You have all the time it takes to believe in you
Because if you need more time
You, Spirit and God have eternity
